Tier 1 universal support
Brief advice, health promotion campaigns and self-help resources that reach the wider population, with a clear route into more structured support for those who need it.
Weight management across Tiers 1 to 3 for adults, families and children, designed around each person’s life so more people complete programmes and keep the weight off.
You need programmes people finish, and outcomes you can report with confidence.
We take a weight-inclusive approach with no strict diets or exercise routines. Practical nutrition, physical activity matched to each person’s ability and techniques such as goal setting, self-monitoring and relapse prevention help people make changes that fit their lives. We also look at the psychological side of weight, and at the life circumstances that affect it.
In 2025, 97% of clients who completed five or more sessions lost weight. Across our weight management services, 78% of clients lose weight by 12 weeks, and 65% lose more than 3%.
