Autism assessments for children and young people aged 4 to 18 who are registered with a GP in Scarborough, Whitby or Ryedale.
- Assessment, outcome meeting, care plan and follow-up
- Support and resources for families before and after assessment
- Referrals come through school, or from CAMHS, Early Help, social care, GPs and paediatricians.
Open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
