Be U services offer free, accessible and convenient mental health and emotional wellbeing support service for children and young people and their parent and carers.
Be U services are delivered across the country, providing early help interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.
Our goal is to facilitate equal access to mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children and young people, in a friendly, non-judgmental and supportive environment.

To encourage the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and young people through accessible, inclusive and non-judgmental early support.
Be U services are delivered in line with the Thrive Model and support system partners to implement and best utilise this model, ensuring children and young people’s emotional needs are met and appropriate interventions are received in collaboration with other local mental health and wellbeing specialist providers.

Be U is also experienced at delivering MHST services, supporting seamless pathways through services and system partners.
When children and young people are going through a mental health crisis, are significantly self-harming or the there is risk of suicide, their ‘Getting Risk Support’ needs will be addressed by signposting or referring them to urgent mental health support services.
