Healthcare specialists ABL Health put on their running shoes and joined 2200 runners at Sundays (8th) UKFast We Love Manchester 10k.
Staff and lifestyles coaches along with Co-founder Dr Sheena Bedi formed Team ABL to run the 10k and highlight the importance of exercise to live happy, healthier for longer!
The Bolton-based company exhibited at the race as the Community Health and Wellbeing Partner for Sports Tours International, the UK’s largest mass participation sport tour operator. Lifestyle coaches offered free health checks to runners, family and friends and gave participants in the run the chance to make their own healthy snack on ABL’s smoothie bike.
Denise Leslie, Chief Executive of ABL Health said, ‘’Exercise is a really important part of staying fit and healthy so we practiced what we preach and put a team together for the run! The event was fantastic; it was great to see so many people come together and take part.’’

The recent partnership between ABL Health and Sports Tours International will help to drive ABL Health’s new happy, healthier for longer campaign as well as being a part of Sports Tours’ MyFirst™ brand, which aims to inspire people to get involved in active sport for the first time. ABL Health will be at the UKFast City of Salford 10k, JD Gyms City of Preston 10k and Alder Hey Children’s Charity 10k.
