Summer clubs come to Manchester

24th July 2017

Are you looking for activities to keep your children fit and healthy during the school holidays?

ABL Health, which runs weight management programmes on behalf of Manchester City Council, is running free summer clubs for five-12 year olds.

The fun, interactive sessions encourage children to get active and learn about healthy living. They will take part in games and other activities and learn how to make some easy meals from qualified lifestyle coaches.

The sessions take place as follows:

  • Cedar Mount Academy, Gorton Education Village, 50 Wembley Road, Gorton, M18 7DT; 14-16 August and 21-23 August (attend three days or six afternoons)
  • Longsight Community Primary School, 1a Farrer Road, Longsight, M13 0QX; 25-27 July or 1-3 August
  • Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre, Portway, Wythenshawe, M22 1QW; 11, 18 and 15 August

Places are limited so please call 0161 393 7576 or e-mail: fabmanchester@ablhealth.co.uk for more information about the sessions and to book your place.
