Keep your kids healthy at summer camps

17th July 2017

Are you looking for activities to keep your children fit and healthy during the school holidays?

ABL Health, which runs weight management programmes on behalf of Hull City Council, is running free summer clubs for five-12 year olds.

Victoria Sharpley, Programme Manager at ABL Health, said: “We’re offering fun, interactive sessions to encourage children to get active and learn about healthy living. They’ll take part in games and other activities and learn how to make some easy meals from our qualified lifestyle coaches.

“This is an excellent opportunity to get some free support to help your whole family get healthier so please get in touch with us if you’d like to get involved.”

The weekly sessions take place over four weeks as follows:

  • Mondays (starting 31st July), Bransholme North Community Centre, Lothian Way, HU7 5DD, 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Tuesdays (starting 1st August), Soccer Sensations, Poorhouse Lane, HU9 5DF, 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Wednesdays (starting 2nd August), North Hull Community Centre, 37th Avenue, HU6 8AU, 1pm to 4.30pm

Places are limited so please call 01482 344 042 or e-mail: fabhull@ablhealth.co.uk for more information about the sessions and to book your place.
