What’s on

A Better Life Health Week

Fancy being part of a team taking Lancashire around the world?

People from Preston, Chorley and South Ribble are being asked to complete ‘Your mile, your our way’ on Thursday 21st September as part of a bigger push across Lancashire to clock up 2,860 miles, the distance around the circumference of the earth.

You can complete the mile however you choose; you might want to walk, run, swim or cycle, it all counts. Pledge your mile on the ABL Central Lancs Facebook page and tell us how you did it – pictures or a short clip would be great but not essential. Alternatively, you can register your completed mile at www.upandactive.co.uk from Monday 18 September.
